Wellalive was created in 2003 by two Paul Weller fans who decided that a different approach was needed towards Tribute Bands.
Why pretend to be the original artist? Is that really what being a tribute is really all about? Wellalive DO NOT pretend to be Paul Weller or any of his band members. Wellalive DO NOT jump around the stage in black suits and ties with Rickenbacker Guitars. That is just being stupid. Wellalive are 6 ordinary guys, smartly dressed and with a passion for music.
Wellalive just play the music as it would be played during a Paul Weller concert, with Power and Passion, exactly the way Mr Paul Weller would expect it to be played.
Come and see us. You'll not be disapointed.

Paul Weller is easily one of the countries greatest Singer - Songwritters alongside legends such as Paul McCartney or John Lennon.
